THE S.H.E. PROJECT

EMPOWER.

WHAT S.H.E. STANDS FOR:

S is for Strength.

Our workshops build strength through self defense training—because every girl deserves to feel like she can take on the world.

H is for Honor.

Our workshops help girls act with honor and professionalism in every aspect of their lives—from meeting a new teacher to acing a job interview.

E is for Eloquence.

Every girl deserves to find her voice—that’s why our public speaking training is designed to build eloquence and confidence.

The S.H.E. Project is a non-profit organization that helps young girls develop confidence and character by learning the skills they need to succeed in their professional and personal lives. We foster Strength, Honor, and Eloquence through our workshops, which focus on self-defense, professional skills (like networking and personal presentation) and public speaking.
